讲座摘要：

This study conducts in-depth and independent research on two key technologies in intelligent manufacturing: additive manufacturing (AM) process optimization and intelligent disassembly of end-of-life (EoL) products. In the field of additive manufacturing, the research focuses on intelligent process decision-making and optimization. A multi-level knowledge graph incorporating 3000+ process rules was constructed, and a hybrid decision engine combining case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning was developed. A knowledge-guided multi-objective optimization algorithm was proposed. Experimental results demonstrate that this approach reduces the process development cycle for 316L stainless steel selective laser melting by 60%, achieving a part density exceeding 99.2%. For EoL product disassembly, the study innovatively proposes intelligent disassembly technology driven by multi-modal perception and digital twins, specifically targeting complex products such as EV batteries. Deep learning algorithms enable accurate battery module recognition, while an adaptive disassembly path planning model improves disassembly efficiency by over 40%, significantly reducing safety risks. Although conducted independently, both research directions contribute to advancing intelligent manufacturing technologies, demonstrating significant application value in precision manufacturing and circular economy respectively.

嘉宾介绍

Prof. Jinhua Xiao is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Industrial Management, Politecnico di Milano (Italy), where he is also charge of Human-Computer Interaction research at the HumanTech Laboratory. He obtained PhD in Engineering from Sorbonne University Alliance (UTC) and ENS Paris-Saclay, with postdoctoral experience at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, he has led or contributed to over 10 projects (including EU Horizon, NSFC, etc.), published 50+ papers and 10+ patents, and developed 3 national industrial standards. He is active in professional committees (China Graphics Society, L'AFNeT) and focuses on human-computer interaction, intelligent disassembly, knowledge representation, and industrial AI. He serves as Editor-in-chief for Journal of Engineering Research and Sciences, and editor for Control Engineering Practices, and a Guest Editor for IET Collaborative Intelligent Manufacturing and reviews for 20 top-tier journals like JMS, RCIM, ESWA, ISPRS, EAAI, etc.
